The Juglans ail. cor. Shubert
This healthy self-pollinating tree can eventually grow up to 15m tall. The tree initially grows straight up after which it forms a broad crown when older. This tree is native to the Japanese mountains. It is an ideal park tree and has a light gray, grooved trunk and striking, large and bright green leaves.
Quality note
The nuts are quite large. They hang together in longer bunches, are easy to crack and have a nice taste.
