About the nut
Whereas many hazelnuts have a standard light brown colour, this variety often has a reddish-brown to warm mahogany colour. The nut is medium-sized and oval. These hazelnuts are known for their aromatic, deep, rich and full hazelnut flavour. The nut can be eaten fresh or used as an ingredient in various recipes.
