The Carya i. Choctaw
Carya illoinensis ‘Choctaw’ is one of the widely used species in producing Carya nuts. The tree is native to North America but was mainly spread by Native Americans, hence the species' name. The Choctaw is mainly planted in the somewhat wetter parts of Europe. The height of the tree is around 10-15 metres, but it can be pruned well in summer to make it suitable for your garden. The improved Carya species are very difficult to obtain, but are now available from us!
Quality note
The sweet flavour of the fruit makes it a highly sought-after variety in Pekan production. One of the preferred varieties based on its flavour and rich gestation. The nut is a bit rounder compared to the Pawnee.

Der Pekanussbaum war gut verpackt und schaut gut aus. Jetzt warte ich nur mehr auf wärmeres Wetter um zu sehen, wie er zu Wachsen beginnt.

Der Baum kam hervorragend verpackt und sah aus wie auf dem Foto. Er hatte viele saftig grüne Zweige und kam in der Größe wie bestellt. Der Versand erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage. Mit dem Kauf dieser Pflanze bin ich bisher rundum zufrieden. Ich habe das Bäumchen direkt gemäß der Pflanztipps eingepflanzt. Nun hoffe ich, dass er gut anwächst. Ich werde ihn im ersten Winter mit Schafwollvlies schützen.

Meine Meinung ist die gleiche wie die vorherige:
Der Baumsetzling entspricht perfekt der Beschreibung.
Sehr schöner Zustand, mit gesunden Wurzeln.
Die Verpackung war absolut sicher.
